Shipping & Returns

When buying vintage items, it is important to remember that these items are at least 30 years of age, it's possible that you may occasionally find minor flaws and imperfections. However, we do our best to mention anything significant in our descriptions and photographs. All of our products are in new condition. If you require any additional information or photographs of a particular item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Estimates Shipping Timing

- UAE: 1-2 business days once shipped.

- International: 2-3 business days once shipped.

*please expect longer than usual wait times in processing during sales promotions and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Any items purchased during  promotions and with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final during sales promotions. No exchanges or store credits will be accepted.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Retrospeks has the right to refuse an exchange if products are received in any condition that is not how they were shipped out. All returns must come in their original packaging and with corresponding paperwork. No missing elements will be allowed.

Shipping costs and duties are not refunded. Additional shipping fees to return items are at the expense of the customer.

Before returning any items, please contact our service department at info@retrospeks.com, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have purchased an item using Tabby, you will be refunded store credits only.

Exchange / Store credits

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@retrospeks.com.

Damages and Issues

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. All frames are quality controlled prior to being shipped from our facilities.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@restrospeks.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and get it right for you.
